Your Personal Guide to Classroom Management

Specializing in ENVoY Programs

Developed by Michael Grinder, ENVoY is a series of 3 classroom management programs based on nonverbal strategies for the classroom.

  1. ENVoY: Preserving relationships while gaining compliance in the classroom. ENVoY, the name given to the system of non-verbal techniques presented in this training, will improve classroom climate, enhance student productivity, and decrease the level of staff burnout.
  2. A Cat in the Doghouse: Charisma—Establishing and understanding classroom relationships. Charge up your charisma and leadership. Learn to use your power of influence in your classroom!
  3. A Healthy Classroom—Group dynamics in the classroom. By using ENVoY, leading-edge teachers have changed the way we educate children today. A Healthy Classroom, is the next step. This new program takes the science of ENVoY to the art of total classroom management.

82% of all communication is nonverbal.
Patrick Miller, NEA published research, 1981

Personally trained by Michael, Rachel Babbs Consulting offers training in non-verbal communication, group dynamics in the classroom, influence skills and “permission” based development for school districts, schools and individual educators based on our widely successful ENVoY Program. The ENVoY Programs are systemic strategies that are easy to learn and quick to employ.

By using nonverbals in the classroom, teachers are able to preserve the teacher-student relationship while getting compliance. In real-estate it's location, location, location. In education, it's relationship, relationship, relationship.

"We are inadvertently in love with the influence of power.
We need to be in love with the power of influence."
— Michael Grinder

ENVoY programs are committed to helping teachers learn to manage by influence. This course teaches the skills of influence so that we can get results without resorting to power. The at-risk population is not motivated by authority, but by relationships.
